Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.

Change of mind
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items
Email 80.sushant@gmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and details of the issue. Photos may help where available. Universal Finds handles your claim directly.

For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we can arrange a free repair within a reasonable time. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, further remedies apply, including a refund or replacement where required by law. Other statutory remedies, including compensation where applicable, remain available.

Original packaging and tags are not required for a consumer-guarantee claim. If a fault is confirmed, we reimburse reasonable return costs you have paid. Keep your postage receipts. No fixed claim deadline restricts your statutory rights.
