Thank you for shopping with Universal Finds. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Order Processing
Orders are processed by our fulfilment partner before dispatch. Our current bag range ships directly from China. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer Standard shipping within Australia. For a current delivery estimate, contact 80.sushant@gmail.com with your product link and delivery postcode before ordering.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Processing, carrier operations and customs clearance may affect arrival times. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is included in the prices of our current bag range. There is no additional Standard shipping charge for Australian orders at checkout.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch. Tracking information may take time to update. Contact us if you need help tracking your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver within Australia only. Orders are fulfilled from China and may pass through customs clearance.
Address Accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
Contact 80.sushant@gmail.com with your order number if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed. Universal Finds remains your point of contact and will investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will check whether your request can be accommodated, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
